They City and Borough of Juneau is selling 17 single family lots in the Pederson Hill Subdivision. The lots are ready to build on for the most part as all utilities including city and water sewer, electricity, cable and telephone had been connected to the lot line.
Access to these Mendenhall Valley lots are through Karl Reishus Boulevard and across Glacier Highway from Sherwood Lane. There are streetlights and sidewalks on both sides of the street and these connect to Mendenhall River trail. Builders will need to assess each site individually to determine what additional work needs to be done before construction. Six lots will be sold by fixed price lottery on December 10, five lots by sealed competitive bid and six remaining lots by sealed competitive bid due December 17. The lots range in size from 4,675 square feet to 14,882 square feet. Potential buyers are advised to view and examine the land before purchase.
