The City and Borough of Juneau Docks and Harbors Department has announced it has two waterfront sales permits available for the 2020 season. The permits are 3 year permits and have a 3 year renewable option. These permits are required in order to sell tours at CBJ’s cruise ship docks.
Anyone that would like to bid at the auction needs to submit a completed application to the Port Director’s office and the deadline is 4:30 p.m. on February 7. A deposit of $30 000 is required for the bid. An outcry auction will then be held on February 11 at 2:00 p.m. and the winning bid should be paid in full by 4:00 p.m. the same day.
